Each spread features a themed scene on the left—like mountains, forest, or ice floes—with multiple related subjects. On the right, two illustrations: one visible and another hidden beneath a flap.
This interactive format invites children to explore, guess, and enjoy a delightful surprise on every page.

Creative process
Working on Imagier Surprise, the challenge was to handle multiple subjects within each themed scene while maintaining coherence and a good rhythm across the pages. I carefully balanced details and composition to ensure continuity throughout the book, making sure each spread felt connected yet full of life.
